Fiscus Confectionery is a manufacturer of chocolate treats in Franklin, Pennsylvania operated by Jonathan Fiscus.

Fiscus Confectionery got its start in 2025 with caramel apple sales at Applefest in Franklin, PA and other local craft fairs. Since then, the business has secured a presence in third-party brick and mortar shops in the area for customers who want to find us year round. We now have an eCommerce avenue in our own website and help schools and organizations raise money via our fundraisers.
